The Ten Mile Pond Wildlife Management Area provides a habitat for migrating waterfowl. During winter months, ducks & geese fill the sky as well as the American Bald Eagle.

Seven Island Conservation Area
The area offers over 1,300 acres of river bottom habitat. It is home to beaver, coyote, deer, fox, rabbit, squirrel, racoon, and turkey. The area offers river access and multiple pools for fishing.
